Dave and Jenny Kleffman

Seeking to Ensure that Every Pastor Thrives in Ministry and Life.

Calling: Dave Kleffman has a distinct calling and passion to serve pastors and their families. Dave comes from a ministry legacy that includes being the grandson of a pastor, brother of former missionary, brother of a worship leader, and son-in-law of a retired pastor.

Experience: Dave is also a pastor himself having served in four different churches in varying roles including discipleship pastor, assistant pastor, small groups pastor, youth pastor, first impressions pastor, discipleship pastor, campus/location pastor, teaching pastor, and a chaplain at a nursing care facility. Dave also served as the Director of Church Relations at Regent University where he managed and grew a network of 1,600 pastors. With this background and experience, Dave knows first-hand the challenges and needs of pastors and their families and he has dedicated his life to this mission. In addition, Dave serves on the board of Mid-Atlantic Teen Challenge, a Christian rehabilitation program for teen boys located in Newport News, VA.

Education: Dave’s educational background includes a B.A, in Communication from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a M.Ed. with practical theology and a graduate certificate in church leadership both from Regent University. Dave is also a certified leadership speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell team.

Jenny Kleffman, Dave’s wife, is the daughter of a retired pastor and understands the challenges associated with being a pastor’s kid and a pastor’s wife. Her passion is to help build strong families so that children can become who God created them to be. She currently serves as a fourth grade teacher and is the domestic engineer of five kids in the Kleffman household. Jenny is also the Director of Kids Hope USA at Bridge Church, which is a mentoring program for at risk students.

Jenny’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University.
